By accessing this Site you will be taken to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 

You may not use this Site in any way that involves a failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

Unilever reserves the right to make any changes and corrections to this Site as and when Unilever considers it appropriate and without notice. By continuing to use this Site after a change is made, you accept and are bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. Only Unilever may alter these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

This Site and all of its contents, including but not limited to articles, text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, product names, designs, logos, video material, audio material and software (collectively, the "Intellectual Property") are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of New Zealand, as well as international conventions and the laws of other countries. 

You are permitted to browse this Site and to reproduce extracts by way of printing, downloading to a hard disk and by distribution to other people but, in all cases:  

a. you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute any Intellectual Property on this Site in any way except as expressly provided for on this Site (ie a "download button") or expressly authorised in writing by Unilever; 

b. you must keep intact all copyright, trademark and other notices contained in any personal copies; and 

c. any Intellectual Property offered to you via a download button can only be downloaded by you for non-commercial, informational and personal purposes only. The goods and services (including information, software and other content) on this Site are provided by Unilever as a courtesy, and Unilever does not charge for anything offered on this Website. 

Legislation in New Zealand may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision by Unilever of goods or services on this Website, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified ("Non-Excludable Rights"). Unilever does not exclude in the Terms and Conditions any Non-Excludable Rights, but does exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute. 

UNILEVER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS SITE'S CONTENT OR OF THE CONTENT OF ANY SITE OR SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE. Unilever may not have reviewed these sites and is not responsible for the content or availability of these sites. Descriptions of or references to products or publications not owned by Unilever on this Site or any linked site do not imply any endorsement of such products or publications by Unilever.

The aggregate liability of Unilever for all claims arising from use of this Site either jointly or severally is limited to AUD$100, other than liability for Non Excludable Rights which shall be limited as specified above.

In accessing this Site, you release Unilever and its related bodies corporate, respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and consultants (those "Indemnified") from any claim relating in any way to your use of this Site and you indemnify those Indemnified from and against all actions, proceedings, claims and demands against any of those Indemnified by a party claiming loss or damage as a result of your acting other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Any information, communication or material you provide, post or transmit to Unilever through this Site or through electronic mail transmission except any personal information will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and becomes the exclusive property of Unilever. You must not: 

To the extent allowed by law entrants you acknowledge and agree that information, communication and material ("information") you provide shall become the sole and exclusive property of Unilever and that Unilever shall be free to make whatever use of the information as Unilever shall, in its sole discretion, determine, without further compensation to you. You hereby assign to Unilever all rights including without limitation copyright, trade marks, design rights and any other rights (whether registered or unregistered) in the information whether known or created in the future.

You must not:

a. post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered a criminal offence or violate any law; 

b. restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying this Website;

Unilever is entitled to, but has no obligation whatsoever to monitor any communication on the Site or to edit or to delete or refuse to post such communications. Unilever is not responsible for any contents in any communication on the Site (including any information, comments and/or advice). You expressly acknowledge and agree that any communications facilities provided on the Site provide a means of public and not private communications. 

Parents should supervise their children in use of this Site. 

Miscellaneous

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. 

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
