  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Osso Bucco

    • Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Brown osso bucco pieces.
    • Combine KNORR Beef Booster with 10 cups of boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
    • Transfer browned osso bucco pieces to a large gastronorm.
    • Add onions, star anise, five spice powder, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar.
    • Cover tightly, and cook in combi oven at 160°C for 3–4 hours, turning occasionally until beef is very tender.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve osso bucco in braising liquid with steamed brown rice and vegetables. Garnish with green onions.
