Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Nice Biscuit Base

    • Place all the Nice biscuits into a food processor and pulse until lightly crumbed.
    • Add the melted butter and pulse to combine.
    • Press the crumb mix into a deep dish pie, then refrigerate until firm.
  3. Eggnog Cream Filling

    • In a pot, bring ¾ of the cream to a boil.
    • Whisk in CARTE D'OR Creme Brulee Mix and CARTE D'OR Pannacotta Dessert Mix until thickened. Refrigerate.
  4. To Assemble and Serve

    • Slice the bananas and arrange over the biscuit base.
    • Pour over the eggnog cream filling. Refrigerate again until set.
    • Slice the pie into individual portions. Whip the remaining cream.
    • Top each slice with a little cream and sprinkle of nutmeg. Serve.
  5. Chef's Tip

    • Swap the bananas for tinned peaches to add a different twist.
