Cucumber Raita

To Assemble and Serve

  • Wholemeal wraps, regular 10.0 x
  • Spinach leaves 250.0 g
  • Tomato cherry 300.0 g
  • Mint Leaves 30.0 g

Gently spice up this delicious lunchtime wrap with the flavour of India. Or simply serve the patties used for the wrap filling with salad or steamed vegetable accompanied by mango chutney or Greek yoghurt.

Preparation

  1. Patties

    • Mix lamb mince, onion and KNORR Patak’s Mild Curry Paste until fully combined. Shape into 20 long sheekh kebabs-like patties.
    • Char-grill or pan fry sheekh kebabs until cooked through. Keep warm.
  2. Cucumber Raita

    • Mix HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise with yoghurt and chopped cucumber.
  3. To Assemble and Serve

    • Warm up the wraps. Spread with cucumber raita. Top with spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, mint leaves and lamb sheekh kebabs. Roll to enclose and slice in half.
