Your Aged Care residents will love this meaty and hearty pasta recipe, full of familiar flavours. 
We use an all-rounder Italian base of KNORR Italiana Napolitana Sauce for a faster prep in the kitchen.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Mince

    • Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions. Add garlic, chorizo, and mince. Cook until browned.
    • Add spinach and stir until wilted, before adding KNORR Italiana Napolitana Sauce.
    • Simmer until cooked. Set aside for later use.
  3. Cannelloni

    • Fill each cannelloni tube with the cooked mince.
    • Arrange the filled tubes in a gastronorm tray. Top with more KNORR Italiana Napolitana Sauce and mozzarella cheese.
    • Bake in the oven at 160°C for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
