  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. To Cook and Assemble

    • Bring water to a boil in a pot, and cook quinoa until soft.
    • Heat the grill or a griddle pan. Char both sides of the pumpkin, allowing to cook through. Season when cooking.
    • In a bowl, mix HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise with the parsley, chives, mint, and KNORR Thai Lime Powder.
    • To assemble, lay out some lettuce and top with the charred pumpkin.
    • Follow with quinoa, tomatoes, basil, thyme, and lime mayo. Garnish with extra parsley.
