Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Corn Dawg

    • Combine the polenta, milk, egg, salt, and sugar to make the batter.
    • Insert the sticks into the sausages or frankfurters.
    • Lightly dust the corn dawgs with flour, then dip into batter.
    • Deep fry until golden and cooked through.
  3. Salsa

    • Boil the corn cobs. Remove the kernels using a sharp knife.
    • Combine the corn kernels with green onions, tomatoes, oil, KNORR Thai Lime Powder and salt. Refrigerate for use.
  4. Tobacco Onions

    • Place the onions in a deep fryer and cook at 160°C until golden and crispy.
  5. Chipotle Mayo

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Set aside.
  6. To Assemble and Serve

    • Warm up the hotdog buns and place a corn dawg in.
    • Top with salsa, chipotle mayo, and tobacco onions. Serve.
