Preparation

  1. Method

    • Combine water and CONTINENTAL Professional Gluten Free Cream of Chicken Soup Mix and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
    • Add turmeric, ginger and simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Stir through cream and cook gently until heated through, then serve garnished with shallots and ginger.
  2. Serving Suggestion

    • Add fresh herbs to finish.
  3. Tip

    • Bulk out using some vermicelli noodles or add shredded cooked chicken and canned corn kernels for texture.
