Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.

  2. Fillet

    • Deep fry the battered fillets for 3–4 minutes, or until cooked. Drain and set aside.

  3. Dressing

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise and KNORR Thai Lime Powder. Set aside.

  4. To Serve

    • Place fried fillet in a tortilla and top with tomatoes, rocket, corn, and onions.
    • Finish with a drizzle of lime mayo and dollops of KNORR American Tomato Chilli Relish. Serve.
