Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Squid

    • Clean, trim, and cut the squid into pieces. Score.
    • In a bowl, combine plain flour, KNORR Chicken Booster, and ground black pepper.
    • Dip squid pieces into the seasoned flour. Deep fry until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
    • Give the capers a quick fry.
  3. Chilli Aioli

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine HELLMANN'S Real Aioli, chipotle in adobo sauce, and chilli paste. Set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Plate the fried squid on a bed of rocket with smoked chilli aioli for dipping on the side. Garnish with caramelised lemons and fried capers.
