Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Chicken

    • Whisk together eggs and water to make an egg wash.
    • Combine panko crumbs and parmesan. Set aside.
    • Dust the chicken with seasoned flour, then dip in egg wash, and coat with parmesan panko.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  3. Lime Aioli

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Aioli, KNORR Thai Lime Powder, and wholegrain mustard. Set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Plate the baked chicken tenderloins with lime aioli on the side and serve with a salad or steamed vegetables.
