What you need
- Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
Cauliflower
- Combine eschallots and KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
- Pour over cauliflower and marinate for 2–3 hours.
- Roast in a combi oven at 160˚ C for 1 hour, covered.
- Remove cover and roast for further 20 minutes.
Dressing
- Combine HELLMANN'S Vegan Mayonnaise and chilli puree. Set aside.
To Serve
- Arrange the cauliflower on a serving platter. Slice, and drizzle over dressing.
- Garnish with micro herbs and sesame seeds.
