Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Dry Batter

    • Mix KNORR Thai Lime Powder and corn flour. Season.
  3. Octopus

    • Clean, trim, and cut tentacles into 3 cm pieces.
    • Coat tentacles in the dry batter. Deep fry until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Plate the fried octopus with HELLMANN'S Real Aioli on the side for dipping.
    • Garnish with sliced chillies, lime wedges, dill leaves, and extra KNORR Thai Lime Powder.
  5. Chef's Tip

    • Substitute octopus for king prawns, if preferred. Deshell, devein, and keep the tails on.
