Preparation

  1. Chicken Patty

    • Place the mince in a large bowl with KNORR Patak’s Madras Curry Paste. Mix until fully combined. Shape into ten patties, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. To Cook and Assemble

    • Heat a chargrill or hot plate over medium high heat. Cook chicken patties until browned and cooked through. Remove and keep warm. 
    • Heat KNORR Patak’s Butter Chicken Sauce until warmed through. 
    • Split the burger buns and lightly toast them. Spread yoghurt over the base of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, a chicken patty, and a drizzle of butter chicken sauce. Top with pickled onions, coriander sprigs, and a sprinkle of cashews.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve with pappadums, lime wedges, and minted yoghurt.
