Marinating the tofu helps to add a delicious depth of flavour and locks in moisture for tender results. Make sure you get a nice char on the tofu by pan-frying at a medium high heat, as the satay dressing pairs beautifully with the smoky BBQ flavour.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Tofu

    • Cut tofu into 2cm cubes. Then, gently toss tofu in KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce and oil.
    • Marinate for 1 hour. Pan fry the marinated tofu in batches until slightly charred.
  3. Satay Dressing

    • Whisk together KNORR Thai Lime Powder and water until smooth.
    • Add miso paste and KNORR Malaysian Satay Sauce, continuing to whisk until well combined and smooth.
  4. To Assemble & Serve

    • Toss together the kimchi, baby spinach, spring onions, and half the sesame seeds.
    • Divide between serving bowls and top with marinated tofu.
    • Drizzle over satay dressing and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
