This dish is surprisingly fast and easy to prep for service, thanks to the quick maple glaze you can throw together using KNORR Jus and KNORR Italian Glaze with Balsamic.
The result is a flavourful and tender pork belly with a dark, sweet, finger-lickin' glaze that diners are sure to love.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Maple Glaze

    • Combine water, KNORR Jus, KNORR Italian Glaze with Balsamic, and maple syrup.
  3. Pork Belly

    • Smother pork with chilli paste.
    • Add maple glaze to pork, cover, and bake at 160°C for 90 minutes.
    • Strain the glaze from cooking the pork belly and reduce in a pot until sticky.
  4. BBQ Corn

    • Blanch corn, drain, drizzle with a little oil, and cook on the BBQ.
    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, buttermilk, and remaining chilli paste.
    • Drizzle chilli mayo over BBQ corn. Grate over some parmesan cheese.
  5. To Serve

    • Plate the pork belly steak with a drizzle of maple glaze and BBQ corn on the side.
