  • Self raising flour 150.0 g
  • Buckwheat flour 200.0 g
  • Eggs 6.0 x
  • Milk 300.0 ml
  • Salt 7.0 g
  • Sugar 15.0 g

Smashed Avocado

To Serve

  • Dill 50.0 g
  • Rocket leaves 200.0 g
  • Salmon, smoked, sliced 800.0 g
  • Sliced Cucumber 300.0 g

Preparation

  1. Waffles

    • Bring the water to the boil and whisk in the KNORR Mashed Potato Mix, combine with the rest of the waffle ingredients to form a smooth batter, cook in a waffle iron.
  2. Smashed Avocado

    • Smash the avocado and combine with the HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise.
  3. To Serve

    • Serve with the smoked salmon and salad.
