This recipe does just that with a rustic tomato sauce and toasted herb crust to add beautiful crunch and rich flavour.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Herb Crust

    • Place bread, olives, parsley, chives, dill, and oil into a food processor. Blend until crumbed.
    • In a large pan, lightly fry the crumb mix until golden.
  3. Fish

    • Drizzle oil over fish and lightly pan sear.
    • Place fish fillets in a large tray, ready to bake.
  4. Sauce

    • Combine KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli and white wine. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. To Serve

    • On serving plates, spoon sauce over the fish and serve with sautéed potatoes and steamed broccolini.
