  2. Pulled Pork

    • Make a dry rub by combining the paprika, cumin, coriander, and KNORR Tomato Powder.
    • Rub the spice mix all over the pork neck, then refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.
    • Heat oil in a large pan over high heat, and brown pork all over.
    • Combine KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock, water, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Add to the pan with the pork.
    • Add extra KNORR Tomato Powder to boiling water, stirring to dissolve. Add this to the pan with the pork and bring to a boil.
    • Transfer the pork in its braising liquid to a large baking dish. Cover tightly and cook in a combi oven at 140°C for 4 hours, or until tender.
    • Remove and allow to cool before shredding the pork.
  3. Tomato Mayo

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, KNORR Tomato Powder, and water.
  4. To Cook and Serve

    • When ready to serve, warm the tortillas.
    • Assemble the tacos by filling the tortillas with pulled pork, shredded cabbage, mint and coriander leaves.
    • Drizzle over some tomato mayo dressing. Sprinkle with a little extra KNORR Tomato Powder and serve with lime wedges.
