  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. To Cook and Assemble

    • Grill the bacon and beef hotdogs until cooked through.
    • Lightly grill the hotdog buns, then slice into half.
    • Spread each side of the bun with HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise.
    • Line the bun with American cheddar. Sprinkle with the white onions.
    • Add the bacon and beef hotdog. Drizzle with English mustard.
    • Scatter some sliced jalapeños. Serve.
