Sliders are a popular sharing dish for group meals. In this recipe, we braise pork neck with KNORR Chinese Honey Soy Sauce for extremely tender and flavourful results. Load this in a toasty bun with fresh carrots and cucumber for a great party option.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Pulled Pork

    • Place pork neck in a large tray and pour over KNORR Chinese Honey Soy Sauce.
    • Toss to ensure the pork neck is fully coated. Cover the gastronome tray tightly.
    • Cook pork for 5-6 hours until very tender. Remove and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
    • Shred the cooked pork with two forks. Keep warm.
  3. Honey Soy Mayo

    • Mix HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise with the extra KNORR Chinese Honey Soy until well combined.
  4. To Assemble and Serve

    • Toast or grill the slider buns. Spread with each side with honey soy mayo.
    • Top with mixed lettuce, grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, and shredded pork.
    • Plate the Greek salad, topping with chicken kebabs and serving with citrus mayo.
    • Garnish with green onions before serving.
