  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Bacon Cranberry Sauce

    • Heat a large heavy-based pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
    • Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with kitchen paper.
    • Strain the bacon fat through a fine meshed sieve into a small bowl.
    • Return the pan to heat. Add the butter and stir until melted. Add the rosemary, sage, bay leaves, star anise, sherry, and cranberry sauce and stir to combine.
    • Continue to cook for around 10 minutes. Add the bacon back into the pan. Reduce heat to low.
    • Meanwhile, heat 1 L water in a separate saucepan. Whisk in the KNORR Chicken Booster and KNORR Golden Roast Gravy. Continue to whisk until smooth and thickened.
    • Add the bacon mix to the gravy, stirring to combine. Season.
