Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Teriyaki Sauce

    • In a medium bowl, mix together KNORR Japanese Teriyaki Sauce, KNORR Rich Brown Gravy, and water (1 l per 10 serves).
  3. Lamb Shanks

    • Seal lamb shanks in a hot pan, then place into a gastronorm tray.
    • Add the carrots, celery, and onions on top of the lamb.
    • Pour over the teriyaki mix. Then cover the tray with foil or a lid.
    • Bake in the oven at 160°C for 60 minutes, or until lamb is tender.
  4. To Serve

    • Place the lamb shank on a bed of KNORR Instant Sweet Potato Mash. Add a side of buttered vegetables, then serve.
