Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Schnitzel

    • Prepare the chicken breast fillets with a meat mallet.
    • Crumb the chicken with flour, egg wash, and panko crumbs in that order.
    • Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Deep fry until golden and cooked through. Drain.
  3. Maple Bacon

    • Fry bacon in a pan over medium heat. As it starts to crisp, add the maple syrup and toss to coat.
    • Continue frying until the bacon turns a deep golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
  4. To Assemble and Serve

    • Prepare KNORR Golden Roast Gravy according to instructions.
    • Sprinkle the grated cheese over the schnitzels, then grill until cheese melts.
    • Top with maple bacon, hot chips, jalapeños, gravy, some HELLMANN'S Ranch Dressing and finally, green onions.
