Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.

  2. Baconnaise

    • Add bacon to a heated pan and cook for 5 minutes, or until dark golden and crisp.
    • Remove bacon from heat and drain on paper towel.
    • Reserve bacon fat in the pan, discarding any sediment.
    • In a bowl, combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise with apple cider vinegar and onion powder.
    • Fold through the crispy bacon and reserved bacon fat until well combined. Serve.
