Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Popcorn Chicken

    • Combine the buttermilk and garlic cloves in a large bowl. Season well.
    • Trim the chicken thighs and cut into 2 cm pieces. Add the chicken to marinade, tossing to coat.
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
    • Combine panko crumbs with sesame seeds.
    • Drain the chicken from the marinade. Working in batches, coat the chicken in panko crumbs.
    • Deep fry the popcorn chicken until golden and cooked through. Drain and set aside.
  3. Dressing

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Ranch Dressing with KNORR Italiana Pronto Napoli. Set aside.
  4. To Assemble and Serve

    • Toss together the cos lettuce, radishes, onions, and cucumbers.
    • Place the salad in the waffle baskets and top with popcorn chicken.
    • Drizzle with tomato ranch dressing. Serve with onion rings.
