Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Waffles

    • Sift flour into a large bowl. Gradually add buttermilk and eggs.
    • Season with salt and pepper, whisking until smooth. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
    • Cook waffle batter in a waffle maker, according to instructions. Keep warm.
  3. Dill Crème

    • Combine HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill pickles.
    • Season with cracked black pepper. Set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Place a waffle on a serving plate.
    • Top with dill crème, rocket, trout, poached egg, and an extra dollop of dill crème. Top with another waffle.
    • Serve with a side of slow-roasted heirloom cherry tomatoes, if preferred.
