Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Schnitzel

    • Prepare the beef steaks with a meat mallet.
    • Crumb the steaks with corn flour, eggs, and polenta in that order.
    • Fry until golden and cooked through. Drain.
  3. Poutine

    • Peel, dice, and roast the sweet potatoes until golden.
    • Combine cream and grated cheese, then heat gently until the cheese melts and is well combined.
  4. Pepper Gravy

    • Combine black peppercorns, white peppercorns, cayenne pepper, and water.
    • Add KNORR Jus and KNORR Rich Brown Gravy, and whisk until it boils.
  5. To Serve
