Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.

  2. Mushrooms

    • Thinly slice the mushrooms. Toss with olive oil, garlic, and cracked black pepper.
    • Bake in the combi oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly crisp.

  3. Chipotle Mayo

    • Combine KNORR American Chipotle BBQ Sauce and HELLMANN'S Real Mayonnaise. Set aside.

  4. To Serve

    • Toast the bread rolls. Spread with chipotle mayo.
    • Fill the roll with baby spinach, king mushrooms, capsicum strips, and feta. Serve with chips on the side.
