Preparation

  1. Method

    • Season chicken breasts. Grill or pan fry until cooked then slice.
    • Combine Knorr World Cuisine Portuguese Peri Peri Sauce with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise.
    • Lightly toast ciabatta rolls.
    • Spread rolls with peri peri mayonnaise mixture, then top with sliced chicken and rocket. Serve with chips.
