A delicious, warm-baked turkey and cheese sandwich served with watermelon pickle, HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise and fig jam is just perfect on a cooler day.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Caramelised Onions

    • Heat oil and butter in a medium pan, then add the sliced onions. Cook over low heat, stirring until softened.
    • Add KNORR Italian Glaze with Balsamic and stir to combine.
  3. To Assemble and Serve

    • Slice each baguette in half lengthways. Spread one side with HELLMANN’S Real Mayonnaise and the other side with fig jam.
    • Add the sliced turkey and cheese, then the caramelised onions.
    • Wrap each baguette in foil and place in an oven at 170°C for 20 minutes, or until warm and the cheese has melted.
    • Serve with pickled watermelon rind.
