Preparation

  1. Method

    • Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add bacon, leek and saute for 5 minutes or until golden.
    • Add water, CONTINENTAL Professional Gluten Free Potato & Leek Soup Mix and potato, bring to the boil, stirring continuously. Simmer for 10 minutes or until potato is tender.
    • Serve soup garnished with chervil.
  2. Serving Suggestion

    • Bread roll.
  3. Tip

    • Add sour cream for a rich creamy finish.
