A great way to use leftover raspberries or any other berries that are in season. Easy to make and can be used on sandwiches, with roast veggies or as a glaze for ham, chicken or pork.

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

    • Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add red onions and sauté until softened.
    • Add the sugar and water, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
    • Add the frozen raspberries and cook to soften.
    • Add KNORR Italian Glaze with Balsamic and cook for a further 5 minutes or until reduced. Remove from heat.
