While roasts are a favourite with Aged Care residents, chicken breast can easily dry out and lack flavour.
In this Florentine-style recipe, we combine KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock with KNORR Hollandaise Sauce to bring back both moisture and flavour into the dish.

Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Chicken

    • Seal the chicken in a pan with oil until browned.
    • Transfer the chicken to a large baking tray.
  3. Sauce

    • Combine white wine, KNORR Hollandaise Sauce, and KNORR Concentrated Liquid Stock.
  4. Bake

    • Add onions and spinach to the tray. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
    • Roast in the oven at 160°C until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. To Serve

    • Portion out on to serving plates and serve with a side of roast vegetables.
