Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Steak

    • Marinate ribeye steaks in KNORR Hollandaise Sauce for 1 hour.
    • Remove from marinade and discard the excess marinade.
    • Season with black pepper. Grill to your preferred doneness. Allow to rest.
  3. Sauce

    • Combine Davidson plum jam with KNORR Hollandaise Sauce. Set aside.
  4. To Serve

    • Plate the steak with a generous dollop of Davidson plum sauce.
    • Serving suggestion: Goes great with a leafy salad and hot chips.
