Preparation

  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.

  2. The Gravy

    • Heat a little oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
    • Add spring onions and sauté gently.
    • Add mushrooms and continue to cook until softened.
    • Add (1 L water per 10 serves) and KNORR Rich Brown Gravy, stir over medium heat until combined.
    • Lower heat, add tarragon and cream. Stir through.
