  1. What you need

    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. Beef Bourguignon

    • Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Brown steak in batches. Set aside and keep warm.
    • Heat extra oil in the same pan. Sauté bacon, onions, and mushrooms until lightly browned.
    • Return steak to the pan, add garlic, and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
    • Pour in the red wine and reduce slightly. Add bay leaves, rosemary, and water. Season
    • Simmer for 2.5 hours or until tender. Stir through KNORR Roux and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
  3. To Serve

    • Plate on serving dishes and serve accompanied with mash and steamed greens.
