    • Select the number of serves you require for this recipe, and the quantity of ingredients will be automatically adjusted accordingly.
  2. To Cook and Serve

    • Line a 23 cm deep tart pan with the pastry sheets and trim.
    • Blind bake the pastry case at 180°C until light golden. Allow to cool.
    • Combine the eggs, milk, KNORR Hollandaise Sauce, and flour. Season.
    • Scatter the zucchini ribbons, corn kernels, chopped ham, green onions, parsley, and cheese over the pastry case.
    • Pour over the egg mixture, then return to the oven.
    • Bake for 35 minutes, or until set and golden.
    • Serving suggestion: Serve a slice of quiche warm or cold, with salad or steamed vegetables on the side.
